The App allows you to instantly measure just how good your technique is, wherever you exercise. Using GymPraaktis you can
monitor your technique over time, noting and recording improvements through the timeline feature
compare how you perform against others in your own age and ability levels through the peer comparison data
compete against your friends to see who has the best technique based on actual scores adjusted for experience

In the showcase version of the App you can practice five routines from simple arm stretch, through squats, bicep curls and forward and backward lunges. Scores are based on measurement of key aspects of each routine as determined by coaching experts. These measurements are converted to scores which allow for different levels of experience and ability as well as age and gender.
You can invite friends and family to join you and compare scores within the App. You can monitor your own progress in each exercise through a timeline record of your scores and activity. Based on performance you can earn rewards and credits and progress through different levels.
